New Friarsgate Irmo, SC Real Estate
New Friarsgate is a neighborhood that is a wonderful place to raise a family because it is zoned for the award winning Dutch Fork schools. New Friarsgate is not your typical cookie cutter neighborhood with houses that are built on top of each other; homes in Friarsgate vary in shape, size and look (some vinyl sided, some brick, etc.) Currently, homes in this neighborhood are selling for $40-150 thousand.
